    飲食文化跟民族文化很有關係。中國的飲食文化歷史很悠久,因爲中國人生活的每一部分都與他們的吃有关連。每個國家都有自己創造出求的飲食,因此中國烹飪和禮儀與西方的有很大的差異。
    菜單是給顧客信息的一個廣告。菜肴名稱要说明配料和烹調方法,但是很多中國菜的名字是有歷史和文化意义的。這樣的菜名有聯想能力,還包含一些含蓄的想法。相反地,大部分西菜的菜名有比較直截了當的意思,比如説麥當勞漢堡。
    中國烹調方法根據調和的要求,而西方菜做法都講究科學規範。但是這個差異只是不一樣的習慣和想法,這兩個做法都沒有錯。
