三年中文: 中國的飲食文化

A variety of essays, articles, menus, commercial ads and multimedia resources are used in this course as the basis for discussions, projects and group work. All selected texts and materials are authentic, and most are digital. Xeroxed copies will be distributed for texts that are not digital.
