一、項目概述（PROGRAM OVERVIEW）

「全球議題與創新實踐夏令營」是一項為期十天的住宿型暑期學習計畫，結合全球議題探究、體驗式學習與跨文化交流，旨在培養具備國際視野、跨文化理解力與創新思維的全球化青年人才。本專案在保留 STEM 與環境科學實作學習作為支撐模組的基礎上，進一步強化學生對全球產業、科技、文化與永續發展議題的理解，並充分運用西雅圖地區所匯聚的跨國企業與文化資源，讓學生在真實世界的脈絡中學習與思考。

校園位於美國西北區西雅圖南邊的港灣城市塔科馬（Tacoma）。普及灣大學為一所重視跨領域與全球教育的博雅大學，提供安全、溫馨協作、充滿啟發的學習環境。

The Global Vision & Experiential Learning Summer Camp is a ten-day residential program designed to cultivate globally minded students through issue-based inquiry, experiential learning, and cross-cultural engagement. While maintaining foundational STEM and environmental science modules as supporting components, the program places greater emphasis on global issues, transnational industries, and cultural resources in the Seattle region. Students engage with real-world contexts to better understand the interconnectedness of technology, business, culture, and sustainability.

Hosted by the University of Puget Sound, a liberal arts university in Tacoma, Washington, the program offers a safe, immersive, and academically enriching campus environment.

二、課程特色（PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS）

全球議題導向學習 (Global Issue–Based Learning)

學生以自主選題方式組成小組，探討科技創新、跨國企業、文化創意、環境永續等全球議題。
The program is structured around four core global themes—high-tech innovation, multinational business, international art, and environmental sustainability—guiding students to explore global issues from multiple perspectives.

1. 重點實際參訪 (Focused Onsite Visits)
   主要參訪機構包括 (Key onsite visits include):
   1. Microsoft (高科技與創新High-Tech Innovation)
   2. Starbucks (跨國企業與商業模式Multinational Business & Business Models)
   3. Chihuly Glass Museum (國際藝術與文化交流International Art & Cultural Exchange)
   4. Mount Rainier (環境科學與 田野研究Environmental Science & Field Research) 
2. 體驗式學習與實地觀察 (Hands-on Learning & Field Observation)
   課程結合校內學習、實地觀察與城市參訪，協助學生將理論應用於真實世界。
   The program integrates classroom discussion, field observation, and city-based exploration to strengthen students’ ability to connect academic concepts with real-world contexts.
3. 校園住宿與全英語跨文化交流 (Campus Living and English-Language Cross-Cultural Experience)
   學生入住大學宿舍，在全英語環境中與老師及大學生互動，提升溝通能力與國際視野。
   Students live on campus and participate in a full English-immersion environment, engaging with professors and university students to develop communication skills and global competence.
4. STEM 與環境科學實作 (STEM & Environmental Science Lab Activities—Supporting Module)
   STEM 課程作為輔助學習模組，協助學生培養分析、觀察與實證能力，並運用於全球議題研究。
   STEM and environmental science modules serve as foundational support, helping students build skills in observation, analysis, and evidence-based reasoning to support their global issue research.

四、費用與住宿（PROGRAM FEE & HOUSING）

報名：目前就讀道禾13–17 歲學生，報名請洽道禾國高中辦公室。有關夏令營相關問題，請聯繫葉世芬博士。

費用：夏令營總費用為美金 $3,600 元（約新台幣 115,000 元）。費用包含：

• 抵達美國後的機場接送
• 項目課程與教材費
• 校園住宿 10 晚
• 每日三餐
• 課外活動與景點參訪費用

費用不包括：台北往返西雅圖之國際機票；護照及簽證申請相關費用；個人生活用品及零用金。

住宿安排：為校園單人或雙人宿舍房型，將依營隊實際人數統籌分配。宿舍大樓採門禁刷卡管理，進出皆有紀錄。營隊期間學生由輔導長及普及灣大學生輔導員 24 小時陪同與照顧。
